NEW  & RETURNING STUDENTS - REGISTRATION FORMS

 American Spirit Academy - EL Christian Studies students must register for each year they attend ASA-ELCS.  The forms you will need for registration are below and can be downloaded as either a Microsoft Word document or an Adobe PDF file.  The new forms are available in February for the following school year. 

(If you are registering a Preschool child, you will need to complete each of these forms, and click on the Additional Preschool Forms link above for several forms that pertain only to preschool students.)
