NEW STUDENTS -
APPLICATION FORMS
Thank you for your interest in American Spirit Academy - EL Christian Studies.
The forms you will need for application are below and can be downloaded as
either a Microsoft Word document or an Adobe PDF file. If you do not have
Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) you can download it from
www.adobe.com. In addition to
these forms, please make sure to download and read our ASA/ELCS Handbook (link
above). Once you have completed and turned in these application forms, the
office staff will set up a meeting with our superintendent.
