On-Line Grades

What is Edline?

Edline is a secure web service that allows parents and students to view their grades via the Internet. Teachers will update grades at the end of each week and post them to Edline, where parents can log in with a secure password and view both their child's grades and any missing or incomplete assignments from the previous week.

To get started with Edline, parents must stop in at the school between 8am and 3pm, Monday through Friday, and get their activation code from our technology coordinator, Mrs. Ullom. Then parents will take the code home and set up their own user id and password to enter their account.

Grades will be posted at the end of each week for any class where a student receives either a letter or numerical grade. Classes where a O,S,I,N,U system is used will not be posted. Also, remember that there may be a week where teachers do not have new grades for that particular subject due to the length of the unit they are discussing or special labs or activities they are completing throughout the week, so please check back the following week to see updates.

Special Instructions for Setting Up Your Account

Once you have your activation code, click on the Edline logo above which will take you to the Edline homepage. Click where it says "click here if you have a new activation code" and follow the instructions below.

Enter your activation code(s)

IMPORTANT: If you have more than one activation code with your name on it, pay special attention to the instructions in Step 1 below. To find out why you received more than one activation code please see FAQ: Accessing Edline.

To use your activation code(s)...

Before you begin, be sure you are using the right activation code: use a student code if you are a student, a parent code if you are a parent or guardian, etc.

Enter each activation code.
Enter your activation code in the "Activation Code" field and click the "Enter" button.

If you have more than one activation code with your name on it, enter each code one at a time and click "Enter" after each. It does not matter which one you enter first.

Make sure this is YOUR activation code.
The name and school of the person assigned to each activation code is displayed in the bottom half of the page. Make sure this information describes you.

The picture above is an example of what parents with two children might see when they enter both parent codes.

Click the "Activate This Code" button (or "Activate These Codes" if you entered more than one) to continue.

TIP: Only the codes listed in the bottom half of the page will be activated. Make sure you click the "Enter" button every time you enter an activation code so it is added to this list.
